Web & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented team player as a web graphic Designer to create amazing user experiences and will be responsible for creating great websites for external and internal clients. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web graphic design. They should also have superior user interface design skills which will be sink with our digital marketing needs.
The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and consequence. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Candidate will be reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

Expectations from Web Graphic Designer:

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
• Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
• Open to learn as per the changes and requirement of the Industry

Web Graphic Designer Skills & Qualification Requirements :

• Must have 2+ Years of work experience as a Graphic/Web designer.
• Solid experience in creating Ad videos, wireframes, Ad/Web banners, logo, and brochures.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects(basics), Flash/ Premier pro (basics) or other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in creating short Ad videos / corporate videos.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
