Business Partner – Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Business partner where the sky is the limit to earn and that to as per your convenient time and place.
Candidate need to develop the market and responsible to maintain a high customer retention level. The Business Partner will be responsible for the business of their area and addressing customer needs and provide the JD to our servicing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, Services, customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution. Our clients are MNC at PAN India and internationally in Digital Marketing In this role, you will coordinate with our sales and marketing directors to boost the company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and managements. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns and serve their needs. You will be responsible for helping create an awesome and productive work environment for the healthy team.

Expectations from Business Partner:

• Generating & closing the leads single handed or with the support of sales team
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
• Demonstration of the client requirement to the management

Sales Representative Skills & Qualification Requirements :

• Any graduate/Masters ( 10+2 only in case of Good communication skill and excellent convincing
  skills)
• Self-motivated, dynamics and having zeal to earn & grow
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
